By creating an account and using DocuProjects, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
DocuProjects is a cloud-based, pay-as-you-go SaaS platform that may include CRM, quotations, invoices, reports, OCR features, workflow automation, and related document management tools.
DocuProjects operates strictly on a prepaid credit basis. Users must purchase credits in advance before using paid features or services. CRM and quotation features may be provided free of charge. Credits are required for invoice generation and certain premium features. No postpaid usage, deferred payment facility, outstanding balance arrangement, or credit line is provided unless expressly approved in writing by DocuProjects.
Credits are added only after payment is received and confirmed by DocuProjects. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes credit purchases, feature usage, service fees, and any other charges paid to DocuProjects.
Each account is intended for use by one company only. Separate companies must register separately. Multi-company usage is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by DocuProjects.
DocuProjects may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access, with or without notice, where suspicious activity, misuse, fraud, payment concerns, security concerns, legal risks, abuse of services, or breaches of these Terms are identified.
DocuProjects may host and process customer data using AWS infrastructure or other approved cloud infrastructure providers selected by DocuProjects. Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect user data; however, uninterrupted availability and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
DocuProjects is operated and managed from India. Customer data may be stored, processed, or transferred using infrastructure located outside the United Arab Emirates, including AWS Mumbai Region (India) or other infrastructure regions selected by DocuProjects or its infrastructure providers. By using the service, users acknowledge and consent to such cross-border data storage and processing.
Data may be retained for up to 2 years or longer where required for legal, regulatory, audit, dispute, enforcement, tax, or security purposes. If an account remains inactive for 2 continuous months with no login activity, no operational activity, and no official communication from the customer, DocuProjects reserves the right to disable the account and permanently delete associated data.
Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, backup, integrity, and proper use of their data, records, uploaded documents, and activity within the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions and mutual communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
By registering and using DocuProjects, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of account information, operational data, usage activity, uploaded content, and related information reasonably required to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the service.
Users may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting support at hello@docuprojects.com or hrtechadvisory@gmail.com. Upon verification, associated account data may be deleted unless retention is required for legal, tax, audit, dispute, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
The mobile application may request access to the device camera and photo gallery solely for business-related features such as OCR processing, business card scanning, document uploads, profile uploads, and related workflow actions initiated by the user. DocuProjects does not access the camera or gallery without user interaction and permission.
Certain features may use OCR (Optical Character Recognition), AI-assisted extraction, or automated document processing technologies to process business cards, invoices, images, documents, or uploaded content for workflow automation and lead capture purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted information before use.
DocuProjects may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, analytics providers, email delivery services, OCR providers, AI providers, and cloud services for platform functionality. Such services may process limited operational data as necessary to provide functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocuProjects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, data-related, or business interruption losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, unauthorized access, third-party failures, or user misuse.
DocuProjects reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
